Electronic Recyclers International (ERI), a Fresno, Calif.-based electronics recycler, has named Tyler Browning its corporate counsel. Browning most recently served for three years as a senior associate at Browning & Browning LLP and as director of business development and legal counsel for CP Inc., a holding company that administers, owns and develops branded consumer products.
John Shegerian, chairman and CEO, says, “We are extremely proud to be adding Tyler Browning to our team here at ERI. Not only is Tyler an excellent lawyer with keen business instincts and know-how, he is also a great match for us here. ERI is an organization known for being in touch with our green DNA—and Tyler, a passionate advocate for environmental concerns on a personal and professional level, is very much cut from the same cloth. We are confident that his skills, knowledge and passion for sustainability will be among the many assets he brings to this working relationship.”
