Erema Holdings, which provides equipment for the plastics recycling industry, has founded a new company called Pure Loop GesmbbH, which will specialize in equipment for recycling of clean production scrap using shredder/extruder technology.
With the foundation of Pure Loop, Erema Holding, headquartered in Austria, now has three divisions: Erema, 3S and Pure Loop. The company says the three companies will intensify Erema Holding’s portfolio for in-house recycling and confirm growth in its comprehensive services to the plastic recycling market and other applications.
According to Erema, in terms of strategy, Pure Loop will position itself as a key equipment provider in the shredder/extruder market. The company also will work to further develop its technology in the sector.
Manfred Dobersberger, co-founder and co-owner of NGR GmbH until 2005, has been appointed managing director of Pure Loop. He will work with the company’s staff on both the technical development and sales and marketing for the new ISEC product line.
"With ISEC we are able to adapt to the scrap logistics of our customers in an optimum way, always with the aim of returning the largest possible amount of recycled pellets to production,” says Dobersberger. The key lies in the handling of the material and, therefore, minimizing the possibility of contamination as far as possible."
"As we are part of the Erema Group, the customers of Pure Loop will benefit from the corresponding technical support and vast reservoir of knowledge derived from decades of plastics recycling,” Dobersberger adds."
Founded in 1983, Erema specializes in developing and manufacturing plastic recycling systems and technologies.
