Plastics equipment company Erema Engineering Recycling Maschinen und Anlagen Ges.m.b.H, Lintz, Austria, will be showcasing its Intarema 1007 TVEplus technology for production scrap at the PLAST 2015 conference, May 5-9 in Milan, Italy.
The company says the technology, when equipped with the Erema melt filter SW/RTF 4/134, is designed for recycling heavily printed and metalized production scrap. Erema says it has already sold more than 210 new systems since the 1007 TVEplus was introduced in late 2013.
At its PLAST 2015 display stand the company also will feature the Intarema 605 K, which it calls a “fully automatic edge trim system with enhanced development for the in-house recycling sector.”
During the show Erema also will introduce its new sister company Pure Loop, which was officially formed on Jan. 1, 2015. Pure Loop specializes in providing equipment for companies seeking to recycle clean production scrap using shredder and extruder technology. With this technology, the company says, its customers are able to repelletize production scrap in a variety of forms, including film, tapes, fibers, nonwovens, fabric, hollow bodies and solid plastic parts.
Pure Loop also will display its Integrated Shredder Extruder Combination (ISEC) plant systems using 3D models and other display techniques.
