Erema North America, Ipswich, Mass., has announced the addition of 2,500 square feet to its headquarters, which now measure in at around 13,000 square feet.
According to a news release, Erema North America, which develops and manufactures plastics recycling systems and technologies, also added two new people to its after sales customer service division.
The expansion came about as a way to better accommodate the more than 400 systems the company currently has in the field and in an effort to maximize service to each customer, Tim Hanrahan, Erema North America CEO, says.
“In addition to a strong technical response team, we maintain a well-stocked spare parts inventory with over 1,000 individual part numbers and we ship approximately 75 percent of our spare parts orders the same day from our Massachusetts headquarters,” Hanrahan says. “Maintaining this level of service requires more space and more people.”
