American Pulverizer Co., St. Louis, is celebrating its 100th anniversary as a provider of processing equipment to scrap recyclers and other industrial customers.
The firm “continues to be a family-owned business that is customer-centered and focused on relationships,” according to a news release issued by the company that marks November 2008 as its 100th birthday or anniversary.
American Pulverizer boasts “a diverse reduction equipment line, including equipment sold for reducing ferrous and nonferrous scrap, coal, limestone, chemicals, paper, plastic, municipal solid waste, glass, tires, electronic scrap, hazardous waste and other recyclable goods,” according to the firm. “Our equipment, as always, has been built up to a standard and not to a price,” the company declares.
