Separating heavy product from light has never been easier, thanks to General Kinematics’ DE-STONER® Air Classifier. The DE-STONER® uses an air classification system that makes it uniquely adaptable to various materials, able to process large volumes and virtually resistant to jamming. This eliminates environmental hazards associated with water separation and is easily adjustable to obtain varying degrees of separation.
The DE-STONER® uses vibration, fluidization and classification for optimal material separation. The Two-Mass natural frequency vibration design separates materials, spreading them evenly across the bed. Then, the fluidization process preps the material by creating turbulence to stratify the materials, which frees the light trapped beneath heavies. Finally, the air knife provides separation with density and aerodynamics for optimal sorting.
Available in two to five fraction separation models, the DE-STONER® provides maximum returns on investment. Exceed your material sorting needs with General Kinematics’ DE-STONER® today!
