SITA, the waste services division of the French company Suez, has acquired, via its subsidiary MIREC, Frazier International, a British company.
Netherlands-based MIREC is one of Europe’s leading electronics recycling companies. This acquisition clearly serves to strengthen the development of these activities for SITA. In addition to the Netherlands, MIREC has operations in Belgium, Sweden, France, Germany, England and Ireland.
