Ecovery LLC, Loxley, Ala., held an Open House event in July to let current and prospective customers view the range of recycling machinery offered by the equipment distribution arm of the company.
Guests at the July 17 event were able to tour Ecovery’s facility and witness several pieces of equipment in action.
Metals shearing, wire processing, rock crushing and hard drive shredding equipment was all on display at the event.
Ecovery is an importer and seller of equipment made by several European-based companies, including:
- Guidetti Recycling Systems, a maker of shredding and recycling equipment based in Renazzo, Italy
- KM Recycling Ltd., a German maker of electronics crushing and materials separation equipment
- Lyndex Recycling Systems, a maker of balers and other recycling equipment based in Telford, United Kingdom
- SCS, based in Poviglio, Italy, a maker of scrap shearing, baling and processing equipment.
According to Brock Norris of Ecovery, some 60 people attended the event. Attendees included current and prospective customers and dealers as well as local and state government officials.
Ecovery (www.ecoveryllc.com), established in 2008, is a recycler of several materials at its location along Alabama’s Gulf Coast, as well as working with a network of dealers in North America as the distributor of several European-made lines of equipment.
