More than 4 million American businesses are expected to receive 2007 Economic Census forms the week of December 17, 2007.
According to the Census Bureau, businesses that receive a form are required by law to complete and return the forms. A news alert from the Bureau cites “Title 13,
The Bureau’s Web site at business.census.gov provides information about the Economic Census. It also “provides statistics [visitors] can use to assess and grow their business operations,” according to the Bureau.
Among the features on the site are graphic “Industry Snapshots” for more than 1,000 industry sectors.
