The organizers of the Eco Expo Asia 2020 event say they have selected Oct. 28-31 as the dates the show will be held at the AsiaWorld-Expo convention center in Hong Kong.
Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. says the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) government has introduced a subsidy scheme that offers exhibiting companies a 50 percent discount on booth fees at Eco Expo.
Messe Frankfurt (HK) says the 2019 edition of Eco Expo Asia welcomed more than 10,600 visitors from 93 countries and regions, as well as more than 300 exhibitors from 17 countries and regions.
“The need for sustainable initiatives continues to dominate the discussion in industries worldwide, whether that be in infrastructure, finance, transport or retail, as people recognize the damage that is being inflicted on the environment,” states Judy Cheung, deputy general manager of Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai). “The eco industry is set to thrive, as governments and corporations strive to implement policies that adopt sustainable responsibilities.”
Adds Cheung, “The fair will provide market solutions for a diverse range of sectors such as renewable energy, green transport, recycling, green finance, green building and waste management, to name just a few”.”
Eco Expo Asia 2020 is jointly organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. and co-organized by the Environment Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR government.
