The electronics recycling firm YouChange Holdings Corp., based in Tempe, Ariz., has completed its merger with Earth911 Inc., and changed its name to Infinity Resources Holdings Corp.
Earth911 will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Infinity.
The company also has a 50 percent stake in Quest Resources Management Group LLC, based in Frisco, Texas, which is involved in designing and implementing recycling solutions for corporate customers.
Barry Monheit, Infinity president and CEO, says, “We are very excited to close the merger with YouChange and begin executing our strategic plan to introduce YouChange into other markets. There is considerable synergy in the consumer marketplace with Earth911 and YouChange that is well underway.”
Jeffrey Rassas, YouChange founder, will remain as strategic business consultant to Infinity. “Now that the merger is completed, we can focus on becoming a major factor in landfill diversion, an emerging market, through our partnership with Earth911 and Quest.”
