Douglas Manufacturing is completing its second expansion at its Pell City, Ala., facility. Douglas is a producer of components and technology for conveyors.
The new facility will feature heavy lifting equipment that will allow the company to manufacture and rebuild pulleys weighing up to 15,000 pounds.
The move will enhance Douglas’ ability to design and fabricate engineered systems such as permanent magnetic separators, electromagnetic separators and engineered drive assemblies.
