Omaha, Nebraska-based DOP (Dynamic Operating Program), a waste management software provider, debuted at WasteExpo 2015, where the company says its team was able to meet with and to discuss the needs of waste companies of all types and sizes.
“Meeting with owners, employees and office personnel from all different kinds of waste industry companies was an amazing experience that helped us really pinpoint our clients’ needs,” says Andrew Dopheide, DOP CEO. “Now, we’re working on adding modules related to onboard scales and onboard cameras. We’re also revamping the Web portal for our clients’ customers, making it cleaner, more updated and faster. DOP will have these improvements completed by Jan. 1, 2016,” he adds.
DOP software offers three main components: a client app, a customer Web portal for online payments and service requests and a mobile app that includes dispatching and routing optimization. DOP software also includes these modules:
- accounts;
- routing;
- time reporting;
- users;
- reports;
- assets;
- dispatch (with mobile app only); and
- rrouting optimization (with mobile app only).
DOP also offers printing services, though the real selling point of the software, according to the company, is its simplicity of use. Navigating from module to module is easy and intuitive, DOP says.
According to DOP, its software streamlines data management, accelerates accounts receivables and decreases operating costs.
