The New Jersey District Export Council has named Red Bank, New Jersey-based Dock 7 Materials Group LLC the 2025 Exporter of the Year for the annual New Jersey International Trade Awards (NJITA).
Dock 7 is a global recycling business, supplying feedstock materials such as plastic scrap, regrinds and resins to mechanical and advanced recycling facilities. The goal of the NJITA is to recognize and honor New Jersey companies that have worked to expand their exporting efforts.
“We are honored to receive this prestigious designation as Exporter of the Year from the NJDEC,” Dock 7 President Ted Kaiser says. “The export market is a critical piece of the puzzle in the plastics recycling industry. Our team and I have worked tirelessly to increase our export volumes while weathering a myriad of logistical challenges over the past few years.”
Dock 7 will be presented the award at the New Jersey International Trade Awards on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, New Jersey.
“We are incredibly proud of the amazing line-up of exporters who are being honored this year at NJITA,” says Susan Widmer, director at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
