DII Attachments Introduces Geith Precision Line

Line of attachments is designed for the demolition, scrap and recycling industries.

DII Attachments, comprised of the Geith, Tramac and Montabert brands, has introduced Geith Precision, a line of attachments for the demolition, scrap and recycling industries.

Geith Precision attachments are designed to function in all states of demolition and scrap processing, including the primary, secondary, sorting, handling and recycling stages. The initial product offering includes multiprocessors, rotating and fixed pulverizers, rotating steel shears, mechanical crushers and mechanical grapples.

The Geith Precision multiprocessor is available in nine different models to fit excavator weights from 7,700 pounds up to 154,300 pounds. The multiprocessor is available with five different jaw types including concrete jaws for cutting concrete, steel jaws for processing metal, pulverizing jaws for crushing concrete and cutting rebar, combination jaws for processing concrete and metal and tank jaws for cutting steel plate.

For pulverizing applications, the rotating pulverizer is available in five different models for excavators weighing between 26,400 pounds and 220,400 pounds. The fixed pulverizer is available in two models for excavators from 44,100 pounds to 77,200 pounds. Both feature replaceable rebar cutting blades.

The steel shear will fit on nearly any size excavator between 33,100 pounds and 220,500 pounds and is available in six different models. The shears are designed for continuous 360-degree rotation with an internal break to ensure the operator is able to easily execute a precise cut at the right place and right angle.

The mechanical crusher is available in seven different models for excavators between 14,000 and 160,000 pounds. The grapple is designed to fit excavators between 10,000 pounds and 180,000 and features a three-over-two-tine configuration.

Additional attachments in the Geith Precision line will be launched during 2008. More information is available at www.diiattachments.com.
