Murray Demolition Corp. completed a management buyout of the former Philip Demolition business in Canada.
Philip Services originally established this business through its acquisition of Delsan Demolition in 1994 and grew this division into one of the leading decommissioning companies in North America. As a non-core business Philip decided to sell this operation.
Murray Demolition opens its doors as one of Canada's largest environmental contractors. The company has been involved in such projects as the Toronto General Hospital, making way for the Skydome and the environmental abatement at what is now the Air Canada Center.
