The private equity firm Resilience Capital Partners has added Steven Demetriou as a member of its executive committee and its board of advisors. Demetriou has been chairman and CEO of Aleris International since the merger of Commonwealth Industries Inc. and IMCO Recycling, Inc. Prior to that, Demetriou served as president and CEO of Commonwealth from June 2004.
