A few spots are still available for Spartanburg, S.C.-based Shred First LLC’s December Shred School event, but they are filling up fast, according to Shred School Director Ray Barry.
The final session of the 2006 calendar year will be Dec. 13-15 in Spartanburg, S.C. The three-day event offers attendees intensive training in many aspects of running a shredding business, including operations, sales and marketing.
Session topics include selling and marketing secure document destruction services, including identifying potential customers, developing a personal marketing plan, writing and presenting a proposal and developing the right cost structure.
In addition to classroom-style sessions, Shred School students also have the opportunity to attend one-on-one sessions during breakout times.
