Far from a niche market, the show sponsors note that the Brazilian recycling industry is a $3.5 billion industry. The conference is promoted by Reclagem Moderna Magazineot, a Brazilian-based magazine that targets the South American recycling industry.
According to show sponsors, the conference is the biggest event in South America for the international recycling industry.
