Curtis Bay Medical Waste Service (CBMWS), a portfolio company of Summer Street Capital Partners, based in Buffalo, New York, has hired Allen Ruttenberg. Tyler Frisbie, president, Global Recruiters of McKinney, a worldwide executive search firm based in McKinney, Texas, was responsible for bringing Ruttenberg’s operational and sales leadership to CBMWS.
Ruttenberg is the new district manager responsible for managing sales and operations for the mid-Atlantic region encompassing Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Prior to joining CBMWS, Allen was the eastern region director for Republic Services, Pheonix, covering 14 states and $500 million in annual revenue. Allen has over 10 years' waste and environmental services experience across multiple lines of business and departments.
