The programming lineup has grown for the annual meeting of the Construction Materials Recycling Association (CMRA) at the C&D World Exhibition & Conference, which will be Jan. 14-16 in San Antonio.
Ken Simonson, chief economist for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), has joined the event’s list of speakers. Simonson will deliver the 2007 economic forecast Monday, Jan. 15. He brings a wealth of knowledge of both the construction industry and economics, “which means his presentation will be right on for our audience,” says William Turley, executive director of the CMRA.
Simonson’s economic forecast joins a number of sessions designed to address a wide variety of the most important issues facing today’s C&D recycling industry, including answers to questions about recycling mixed C&D material, dust control technology and how to maximize the benefits of recycling scrap metal.
