The paper company Corsorzio Cartiere, Tivoli, Italy, has announced plans to upgrade its board machine and related stock preparation line at its mill in Tivoli. The upgrade will be performed by the Austrian equipment company Andritz Group. The upgrade is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2018.

The project will include the following:

- a new ropeless tail threading system;
- new broke pulpers; and
- engineering, supervision, commissioning, start-up, training and spare part packages.
