Description:

This announcement and the solicitation will run simultaneously for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12, both will close on July 28, 2004.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials for the demolition and removal of six structures.    

The buildings have been surveyed for asbestos containing materials (acm) and lead based paint (lbp) and limited amounts of both acm and lbp have been identified in the buildings(copy of lab report may be requested from purchasing agent).    

The price range is between $10,000 and $50,000.    

Naics code is 238910.    

Estimated start work date is August 2, 2004 and performance time is estimated to be fifteen (15) calendar days.    

A performance bond is required.
