The Recycling Today Media Group’s annual Paper Recycling Conference & Trade Show may be less than one month away, but the program continues to be fine-tuned, with new speakers and sessions being added.
As always, the staff of Recycling Today has assembled a list of top panelists to give attendees from throughout the paper recycling world a strong representation of the dynamics of the industry.
Not content to follow a simple cookie cutter model, the organizers of this year’s conference have added a whole new conference to the mix: one dedicated to the explosive plastics recycling industry.
However, for attendees of past Paper Recycling Conference sessions this year’s program will be chock full of informative sessions and workshops, a wide range of equipment exhibitors, and workshops geared toward improving the daily business of recycling.
The conference itself will have key executives from many of the top companies in the paper recycling industry touch on a host of subjects, including the following: a global perspective on paper recycling, changing grade definitions, boosting supplies of recovered fiber, a look a the Asian and South American market, transportation opportunities, and a roundtable discussion from the mill buyers perspective.
Companies that will be giving presentations at the paper show include representatives from Waste Management/Recycle America; Rock-Tenn; Mississippi River Corp.; Corrugated Services; ISRI; Cellmark; Western Pacific Pulp & Paper; SP Newsprint; Fox River Fiber; and Sprint Recycling.
Also new this year will be a more interactive presentation for the Mill Buyers’ Panel, which will give attendees the opportunity to engage, one on one, with buyers for OCC, ONP, and high grades of recovered fiber.
Not content to rest on its laurels, the Recycling Today Media Group also will be co-locating its inaugural Recycling Today Plastics Recycling Conference & Trade Show June 25-27.
As demand for recycled plastics continues to grow, more companies are seeking out opportunities to grow this segment of their business.
With this in mind, the Recycling Today Plastics Conference & Trade Show will have a roster of speakers who will be touching on many of the key issues affecting the recycled plastics industry. From boosting collection levels, changing dynamics for end consumers, and a look at the global market for the material, this program will undoubtedly cover many of the key issues that executives will benefit from hearing about.
