Carpet America Recovery Effort, a joint industry-government organization seeking to increase the recycling and reuse of post-consumer carpet, has announced details for its 8th Annual CARE Conference. According to an organization press release, the event will be held at La Posada de Sante Fe Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, N.M., from April 26-28, 2010.
Sessions at the conference will deal with a variety of topics including 2009 diversion rates, manufacturer efforts to recover post-consumer carpet waste, the newest processing technologies and future government legislation regarding recycled carpet materials.
