The Computer Recycling Center is partnering with the city of Springfield, Mo., Solid Waste Management Division to hold a one-day e-waste collection event at Computer Recycling’s facility on Nov. 17.
CRC is the first certified electronic waste recycler in Missouri. The company accepts all types of computer equipment, including mice, keyboards, pc’s, monitors, and printers, and various other electronics, including microwaves, VCRs, camcorders, televisions, and cell phones. There is a $20 disposal fee for each television, regardless of size. All other items are accepted at no charge.
