Company Wrench has begun a building expansion project at its corporate offices in Carroll, Ohio.
The project began June 13 and includes a remodel of part of the existing facility and the addition of 10,000 square feet to the existing building. A larger portion of the addition, 6,101 square feet, will be used for a larger parts warehouse, while 3,924 square feet will be used for additional office space.
The company says construction is projected to be completed by mid-October.
Currently, the parts department and parts warehouse are in a detached building approximately 100 yards from the main offices and service shop, Company Wrench says. To increase efficiency, the parts warehouse addition will be constructed on the side of the main building, bringing the parts department next door to the service department. The old warehouse space and parts department will be repurposed for other departments, the company notes.
Company Wrench focuses on sales, rental, parts, service and manufacturing of scrap, demolition and construction equipment, operating from nine locations across the US.
