The software firm Codima Inc., headquartered in Denver, Pa., through its Codima Green division, has entered into a formal independent representative agreement with the electronics recycling company AERC Recycling Solutions, Allentown Pa.
In addition to its Allentown headquarters, AERC operates electronics recycling facilities in Flanders, N.J.; Ashland, Va.; West Melbourne, Fla.; Houston; and Hayward, Calif.
According to Codima, the agreement will allow Codima Green to offer its clients fully certified recycling services, including data destruction and total asset recovery for end-of-life and used electronic equipment. The agreement also offers Codima the ability to offer certified recycling services to the company's larger telecom and network clients.
Codima CEO Christer Mattsson says, "Codima Green is partnering with their clients and suppliers to provide unmatched convenience, regulatory compliance and expert consulting to handle electronic scrap."
