CMA Corporation Ltd., an Australian scrap metal company, is seeking to launch an initial public offering to allow it to grow its operations.
According to published reports the company hopes to raise around $9 million through the IPO.

"The funds raised from this issue will allow CMA to continue to pursue our growth strategy of expanding our existing businesses, establishing new operational bases in Australia and acquiring selected new businesses that create value for shareholders," said managing director Paul Adams.
