CMA Corp. has completed the acquisition of Scrap Metal Recyclers, reportedly the largest privately owned scrap metal recycler in New Zealand. CMA, based in Australia, first announced the plan to acquire the company this past September.
The cost of the deal is around $8 million.
CMA Managing director Peter Hatfull said Scrap Metal Recyclers will add substantially to the CMA's footprint in the region.
