William H. “Bill” Garrison, the long-time vice president of sales and marketing for Clement Industries, Minden, La., has retired from the company for the second time as of Aug. 2, 2012.
Garrison’s first retirement was in mid-2008. However, facing the severe downturn in the U.S. economy that gripped the country later that year, Clement persuaded him to return in 2009.
Since joining the company as sales manager in 1983, Clement says that Garrison has been a central part of the manufacturing and marketing efforts that have helped to grow Clement into a national company.
Citing Clement’s robust recovery and its strong management team, Garrison says he is ready to turn his attention to golf, travel and other retirement activities.
