Ronald E. Dietz has been named vice president of marketing at Clement Industries, a leader in the sale of end-dump construction trailers has named.
Dietz joined Clement in 2007 to lead marketing efforts for the company’s new line of aluminum end-dump trailers. “We have been extremely pleased with the progress made in introducing our new aluminum trailer line to the market,” Greg Hicks, chief operating officer of Clement, says. “Ron Dietz’s work to establish this aluminum line, plus his extensive background and knowledge of both steel and aluminum semi-trailers, make him the logical choice to lead our marketing efforts.”
Dietz succeeds William Garrison who retired Sept. 1 after 25 years in the marketing position.
Dietz is a Colorado native who has spent 28 years in all phases of the manufacturing and marketing of trailers. His trailer career began at Timpte Trailers, Denver, as a sales coordinator. He eventually formed his own trailer sales company, which later merged with Transwest Trailer Sales of Colorado. He served as vice president and general manager of Transwest for 11 years, selling steel and aluminum trailers. During that period Transwest was a perennial sales leader of Clement dump trailers.
In his new position Dietz will work closely with the nationwide network of
independent distributors who sell Clement’s complete line of end- and bottom-dump trailers, pup trailers, dump bodies, roll-off hoists and trailers and transfer trailers. Clement Industries is headquartered in Minden, La.
