Clearwater Paper Corp., headquartered in Spokane, Wash., has completed the acquisition of Cellu Tissue Holdings Inc., a tissue paper manufacturer based in Alpharetta, Ga.
Clearwater Paper has 14 manufacturing locations in North America, with a 15th under construction in Shelby, N.C.
