ClearSpan Fabric Structures, a supplier of fabric and metal building solutions, has introduced Giant Doors to its line of buildings and accessories. The Giant Doors can be custom designed and provide an entryway that is large enough for any type of vehicle, machinery or equipment, the company says.
The Giant Doors, which can be paired only with ClearSpan buildings, can be built to any width and height and feature a bifold design to maximize headroom and wall clearance, ClearSpan says. The design allows the door to elevate within its threshold, which saves interior and exterior space. The door is powered by a heavy-duty electric drive unit with controls and can be outfitted with a lock and wireless remote.
The doors are constructed with a corrosion-resistant, galvanized steel frame and come with multiple cladding options, including fabric, polycarbonate, steel and more. The doors have an energy-efficient weather seal, can withstand 90 mph winds and come with an extensive warranty, ClearSpan adds. Installation is quick and requires no on-site welding. Giant Doors also can be retrofitted to existing ClearSpan buildings.
