City Carton Recycling, an Iowa City, Iowa-based recycling company named two new members to its management team. The company named Charles Gogle its new regional assistant plant manager for the company’s Muscatine, Mt. Pleasant, and Creston, Iowa facilities. He will be based at City Carton’s Mt. Pleasant facility.
The company also named David Natof its new assistant plant manager for City Carton’s facility in Quad Cities, Iowa.
