City Carton Recycling has named Blaine Miller the new manager of its Iowa City, Iowa facility. He previously was manager of the company’s Cedar Falls, Iowa facility.
He will oversee the facility’s operations, including marketing, customer service, human resources, safety and finances.
City Carton is the largest paper recycling operation in Iowa. The company operates a number of recycling facilities throughout the state.
