City Carton announced that it has promoted Chet Pabst to manager of City Carton Recycling’s Cedar Falls, Iowa facility. He replaces Frank Miller, who has been promoted to manager of the company’s Iowa City, Iowa facility.
For the past five years Pabst has been assistant manager of the recycling facility.
