City Carton Adds Facilities Manager

Brooks will oversee operation of the plants and will be responsible for implementing products and services marketing plans for the plants, with goals to maximize customer service, vendor relations, sales and profits. He reports to City Carton Recycling’s Southern Division Manager Tim Ockenfels.

Brooks has more than 35 years of experience in management, supervision, and operations with companies such as Hawkeye Foodservice Distribution. He grew up in Davenport, Iowa, and Scott Community College in Bettendorf.

Brooks will work from City Carton Recycling’s Mt. Pleasant facility.
