Cintas Corp. has announced plans to recycle more than 400 tons of paper documents through a series of free community shred events in April. Throughout the month, local business and community organizations across the nation will host shredding events powered by Cintas.
“This Earth Day, we hope to exceed our goal of recycling 400 tons of confidential documents to promote environmental awareness and save natural resources,” says Pamela Coleman, director of Supplier Diversity & Corporate Sustainability, Cintas. “We are excited to offer our secure document shredding services across the nation to not only protect the environment, but to protect communities and local businesses from identity theft and data breaches.”
