The board of directors of China Shipping Development Company Ltd. has entered into a sales and purchase agreement to sell one of its oil tankers to Yauzhou Ship Dismantling.
The vessel weighs around 5,574.8 metric tons.
Yuzhou Ship Dismantling Co. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipping Industry Co. Ltd.
