Chinese Company Looks to Build Mill

The Export-Import Bank of China signed an agreement with China Metallurgical Construction Corp. in Beijing to provide $76.5 million in seller's credit for the Beijing-based company.

The funds will be used to build a paper pulp plant in Myanmar with daily production capacity of 200 tons.

China Metallurgical has so far engaged in 600 projects in 30 countries and regions.

As the country's only export-oriented policy bank, China Exim Bank has supported the export of electronics and machinery products, as well as high-tech products.
