Recycle Track Systems Inc. (RTS) has named Kristopher Glotzbach as its chief revenue officer. Glotzbach will oversee sales and business development operations for the municipal and commercial divisions in the newly created position.
Glotzbach brings more than 25 years of experience scaling businesses and his ability in logistic software and transport solutions. Before this, he worked for several transportation companies, including Uber Freight, Shipwell and C.H. Robinson.
“Kristopher’s extensive leadership background and breadth of knowledge in logistics will help RTS effectively grow our partner channels and elevate our position in routing solutions,” Gregory Lettieri, chief executive officer at RTS, says. “We are extremely happy to have someone with his experience join our group and ensure we are best positioned to capitalize on further market opportunities.”
RTS says it has seen significant growth in its municipality business as communities shifted to stay-at-home measures during the pandemic. Earlier this year, RTS broadened its presence in three new cities, adding to its existing portfolio of residential business in the Northeast, Midwest and West regions.
In addition, RTS says it continues to extend its commitment to sustainable solutions and recently acquired Industrial Organic PBC (DBA Ambrosia), a closed-loop manufacturing company that turns food waste into circular products and commodities.
“I am excited to bridge the recent innovation in logistics and transport to RTS’ strategy,” Glotzbach says. “The opportunities to adopt similar solutions within the RTS suite of software and service offerings are game-changing for the waste industry. This is a pivotal time to support companies and communities as they adjust to post-COVID operations, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this team to expand these offerings nationally.”
RTS is a routing and transportation company based in New York that helps companies and municipalities track and optimize their pickups. Using data insights, the company helps clients track their waste disposal habits and environmental impact.
