Chesapeake Corp. has completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of the U.S. Display business of Chesapeake Display and Packaging Company, a subsidiary of Chesapeake Corporation, to CorrFlex Graphics, LLC, a provider of corrugated packaging and displays in the eastern United States.
The U.S. Display business being purchased by CorrFlex includes: two corrugated converting plants in Winston-Salem, N.C., and Erlanger, Ky.; five assembly and packing facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cinnaminson, N.J., Iowa City, Iowa, Winston-Salem and Rural Hall, N.C.; and seven sales and design centers in Cincinnati, Ohio, Bethel, Conn., Glendale, Calif., Boston, Mass., Moorestown, N.J., Westmont, Ill., and Winston-Salem, N.C.
