CellMark, a Sweden-based marketing and supply chain services company, has announced the introduction of a new division—CellMark Packaging & Paper—after merging its existing CellMark Packaging and CellMark Paper divisions Jan. 2.

The company says the aim of the new division is to combine the best of its packaging and paper competencies to provide increased value to its customers and suppliers.

CellMark Packaging & Paper will offer marketing and distribution, supply chain efficiency and logistics solutions worldwide. CellMark says the division has experienced representation of the full spectrum of publishing papers, office and book papers, containerboard, linerboard, value-added bleached and unbleached kraft papers, tissue papers, packaging papers and specialty packaging and food boards. The division will include 145 representatives and be active in more than 30 countries with a network of 14 sales offices.

“CellMark’s newly combined Packaging & Paper division is a natural evolution within our business,” division President Joe Hoffman says. Hoffman previously was president of CellMark Paper.

“Our sales, customer service, logistics and finance teams are eager to collaborate and build value-added business in core markets around the globe while also continuing our journey within the new and emerging markets,” he adds. “Our newly combined Packaging & Paper division will help us accelerate growth with both our suppliers and customers.”
