Cascades Inc. has announced the appointment of Mario Plourde as its chief operating officer. Plourde will commence his new functions immediately.
Plourde will retain his responsibility for managing Cascades’ Specialty Products Group until a successor is chosen.
As part of his new position, Plourde will work closely with the group presidents in the company’s recovery, packaging and tissue paper sectors, in the pursuit of operational and business objectives.
