Cascades Inc. has acquired the remaining 50 percent interest in Dopaco, Inc., a provider of packaging solutions for the restaurant industry. The purchase price is expected to be in the range of $90-$100 million.

Dopaco operates seven plants in North America and has joint venture interests in the United States, Australia, Indonesia and China.
