Cascade Groups Renamed

Three subsidiaries of Cascades, the largest Canadian paper company, have changed their name to reflect their connection with the parent company.

Three of Cascade Inc.’s groups have undergone name changes. The move is to stress the breadth of Cascade’s operations.

The divisions and the new names are the following: Rolland Inc. is now known as Cascades Fine Papers Group Inc.; Perkins Papers Ltd., is now known as Cascades Tissue Group Inc.; and Paperboard Industries International is now called Cascades Boxboard Group Inc.

The adoption of one name for all the groups within Cascades will bring about no changes with respect to the current locations of the head offices, administrative offices nor the customer service teams of the different groups. The trade marks of the Corporation's different groups will also remain the same.

Combined, Cascades and its wholly owned subsidiaries are one of the largest consumers of recovered fiber in North America.
