The Canadian Association of Recycling Industries (CARI) will be holding its 2009 Annual Convention June 24-27 at the Taboo Golf and Spa Resort in the Muskoka region of Ontario.
The group’s 68th Annual Convention will include a golf outing on Thursday, June 25 followed by governance meetings, guest speakers and additional networking opportunities the next two days.
The keynote speaker on Friday, June 26 is Richard Worzel, a chartered financial analyst, futurist, forecaster and author of the book “Who Owns Tomorrow?” He will address the challenges that organizations are likely to face and the tools they may need to prosper in the future.
The closing banquet on Saturday, June 27 will feature music from Canadian flute player Alexander Zonjic, who has recorded with prominent jazz musicians including Bob James, Earl Klugh and Harvey Mason.
