Cards Holdings LLC will expand into Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to support its growth across the region.

Beginning Nov. 1, Cards officially will become the provider of both residential, commercial and roll-off waste services for the city of Pine Bluff. The company said the deal reinforces its commitment to providing safe, dependable, community-focused service.

“We are honored Pine Bluff has entrusted Cards to serve its residents and businesses,” Cards CEO Dustin Reynolds says. “This community has a proud history and an even brighter future, and we are grateful for the opportunity to play a role in that development. Our team is committed to delivering not just efficient and reliable waste collection but also meaningful investment in the people and the city itself. Pine Bluff deserves exceptional service, and we look forward to exceeding those expectations every day.”

According to Cards, more than 12,000 households and 800 businesses in Pine Bluff will now receive curbside and commercial service under Cards’ leadership. The expansion includes the development of a brand-new, modern Cards facility within the area and a direct investment in Pine Bluff’s infrastructure and workforce that will create new local jobs.

The new facility will feature a modern fleet. Every truck will be outfitted with 3rd Eye technology from Environmental Solutions Group, Chatanooga, Tennessee, which, according to Cards, is designed to enhance safety, streamline operations and set a new standard for service reliability in the city.

“Cards’ entry into Pine Bluff represents both growth for the company and value for the community,” says Jason Fitzgerald, vice president of business development. “This contract highlights Cards’ ability to scale operations while maintaining our focus on safety, technology and service excellence.”

This expansion is part of Cards’ broader strategy to grow municipal partnerships across Arkansas and neighboring states with a community-first approach. It soon will open a new corporate headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas.
