Cards Holdings LLC, headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has acquired National Waste & Disposal Inc., which it describes as a highly regarded commercial and industrial waste hauler headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The purchase accelerates Card’s expansion strategy, strengthening its footprint in the Oklahoma market, where it has four locations in Chelsea, Fairland, Muskogee and Oklahoma City.

National Waste & Disposal Inc. serves the Tulsa metro area, providing comprehensive commercial and industrial waste management, including tailored solutions such as roll-off container rentals, recycling programs and specialized hauling for construction and industrial clients. The company has a reputation for prompt, reliable service, according to Cards, making it a go-to provider for businesses across the region.

“We are excited to join the Cards family, a company that shares our passion for reliability, innovation and putting customers first,” says Shawn Chouinard, president of National Waste & Disposal Inc. “With Cards’ industry-leading resources and technology, we’re confident that our tradition of dependable, responsive service will continue to thrive and evolve. This partnership opens new opportunities for our employees, our clients and the Tulsa community, and we look forward to what we can accomplish together.”

By integrating National Waste’s operations and dedicated team, Cards says it is poised to amplify its market presence and deliver greater value by combining its technology, scalable infrastructure and customer-first philosophy with National Waste’s local relationships and hands-on service approach.

This acquisition adds approximately 10,000 customers, spanning commercial, roll-off and recycling accounts, to Cards' portfolio. It also includes the addition of a fleet of more than 30 trucks, including front-load, roll-off and service vehicles—all of which will be integrated into Cards’ regional operations to support scalable, dependable service, according to the company.

As part of this acquisition, Cards will add National Waste’s material recovery facility (MRF), which sold more than 9,500 tons of recyclables in 2024, to its expanding postcollection portfolio that now totals three MRFs. Cards opened its Springdale, Arkansas, MRF last fall.

“Bringing National Waste into the Cards family is a transformative leap forward in our mission to redefine the waste and recycling industry,” Cards CEO Dustin Reynolds says. “This acquisition supercharges our growth and strengthens our presence in vital markets, but, more importantly, it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and exceptional service. Our momentum is extraordinary, fueled by a world-class team and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. We’re thrilled to welcome National Waste’s customers and employees, and we look forward to delivering the next generation of waste solutions together.”
